Yongjia valve industry originated as a team (society)-run enterprise in the 1960s. In 1968, some foreigners from Yongjia brought back the first batch of valve business from Tianjin-forged small-caliber globe valves, which were manufactured by Yongjia County Jiangbei Agricultural Machinery Factory, a social enterprise.

In 1968, the first batch of valve business was undertaken. At that time, people called the valve “Huier”, which mainly produced forged steel small-caliber globe valves below 20 mm. This was the initial stage of Yongjia's pump and valve industry. Although the output was only 0.45 tons at that time, it marked the beginning of Yongjia County's involvement in the pump and valve manufacturing industry.

Yongjia County Oubei Water Pump Factory and Yongjia County Water pump Factory began to cooperate with Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Design and Research to transform SG-type pipeline pumps, and took the lead in launching ISG-type pipeline pumps. In 1995, 8 employees of the former agricultural Machinery Factory invested 5,000 yuan to form Yongjia Seton Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Co., Ltd. The country has built its own sales network, vigorously promoted ISG pipeline pumps, and achieved great success, entering the second glorious period
